Well hello everyone! I am sorry that I didn't contribute yesterday (not even a question of the day!)...but I did a lot of running around. My husband and I had several errands to run and I had to go by to see my little baby Shelbie at the hospital (of course). She is off all tubes and I.V.'s finally! I got to hold her for the first time yesterday and she should be going home soon. Thanks for all your prayers! We took Jared into our cousin's pool last night and he had a very good time. He kicked and splashed! I am hoping that he doesn't develop a fear of water and will learn to swim early. We do all our pool frolicking at night because we are all pastey and burn so easy. Hope you all have a great evening!

FRUGAL TIP
If you accidently add too much salt to a food dish that you are cooking, don't throw it out! Simply add a peeled potato to it while cooking. The potato will absorb much of the salt so that your food won't be wasted.

RECIPE
Here is a very very easy dip to make for parties. Extremely good!

MEXICAN NACHO DIP
1 pkg of cream cheese (can use fat free...)
1 small jar of salsa (heat of your preference)
Blend softened cream cheese in with salsa using a mixer. Serve chilled with tortilla chips. Is this easy or what???
