Hello everybody! Here is a tip for you...almost everything you use in the line of liquid soaps, dishwashing detergents, laundry detergents, etc can be halved successfully. I didn't believe this at first, but I have since tried it and it works. I now use half the laundry detergent and fabric softner. I even cut the drier sheets in half. Everything is just as clean, soft, and smells just as nice. Tricky of those companies, huh?
I have also watered down my hand soap and dish detergent...and it still works just as well. I water it down 50/50.
Also, another thing I figured out concerning the new hand sanitizers. I like to use them in the nursery after changing poopy diapers. Well, I had another one in the bathroom and it had gotten down to where I couldn't pump anymore out, but there was still some in there. And when I tried to empty it into my other bottle in the nursery, it would stick to the sides and wouldn't come out.
Solution? I put a small amount of alcohol in the old bottle and shook it up good. All that stuff is is thickened alcohol anyhow. It came out of the bottle nicely and I now have a half full bottle in the nursery. It is also still thick.
Well, I've got to go feed a hungry baby, but I will talk with you all real soon. Take care!
