LOL I am sitting here giggling because Rich just stormed off to the bathroom to give Klara a bath.  I was getting ready to give her a bath when I realized that he has NEVER bathed this child yet.  I pointed this out to him, as he usually shares in the responsibilities of the childcare and he freaked out.  He told me he WAS NOT going to bathe Klara.  He told me he would bathe Jared every night he was off for the rest of his life, and Klara too when she was older, but he was not going to bathe Klara today.  Well, this stems from when Jared was Klara's age.  He was bathing him and wiped his face off with a sopping wet washcloth (he just didn't think I suppose).  Well, Jared sucked in a bunch of water and got choked real good and I freaked out and yelled at Rich for not watching what he was doing.  Well, after that, I think he is scared of bathing little babies.  Well I sat here and told him that he had to bathe Klara and that was that.  Well he is ticked now and stormed off with her.  LOL, I think it is hilarious.  He is afraid she is gonna scream and cry...well, that happens sometimes now doesn't it?  Geesh...and this guy is a nurse?? LOL

********FRUGAL TIP***********

I saw this on "Trading Spaces" and thought it was a really good idea.  Forgive me if you already saw it on TV.  They were wanting to change the drapes in this room, but didn't have enough money to do it.  The drapes were a solid cream color and I think you really could only do this on solid colors....  They purchased a spiral shaped stamp from a craft store (I suppose you could make your own stamp) and stamped patterns onto the drapes with fabric paint.  They also put in random dots of another color with just a brush.  This, I thought, was a fabulous idea.  They turned out looking brand new and different, and with very little expense.  I suppose you could always dye drapes also to another color and do this as well.

********RECIPE**********

My mom forwarded a recipe newsletter to me and it had this recipe in it that looked fabulous:

OVEN BARBECUED RIBS

1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. salad oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper

Simmer ribs in enough salted water to cover until nearly done, about 1 hour. Bring sauce ingredients to boil. Drain ribs and place in sauce in shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees, basting occasionally for about an hour.
