Biscuit Meat Roll

Auntie Deneen's hubby's favorite dish

Use biscuit mix for about 10-12 biscuits and roll it out on a floured surface in a large rectangle. Brown a pound of hamburger and one large onion cut up. Drain and let it cool. Then put it on the dough rectangle. Start rolling it like a jelly roll. Pinch the ends together. Grease a cookie sheet and put the meat roll on it. Make a couple of slashes at the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes about six servings.

It is an easy dish to make. You can serve it with the hamburger gravy or tomato sauce or any other gravy. You can use also leftover chicken or turkey with this. Make sure to double the recipe for an extra one in the freezer.
It freezes great.
