Lemon scones and earl gray tea-what a great way to start your day for a great simple breakfast filled with love.

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
1/2 cup cold cold butter
1/2 c. sour milk*
2 T. lemon Zest

Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Add milk and zest (do not over mix) form a big circle about a half an inch thick on a buttered baking sheet. Cut like a pizza and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350' for 20-25 min

*add 1 1/2 t. white vinegar then fill the rest of the way with milk (1/2 C.)
