2 cups bisquick (I make my own)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons liquid oil

Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Fill greased 2-inch muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes, or until done. Cool slightly. Remove and dip tops in 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine, then in 1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Makes 24 muffins.
