2 cups self rising flour
2 cups sugar
5 tbsp cocoa

Blend in:
1 cup milk
3/4 cup oil
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract

Then, lastly, blend in:
3/4 cup hot water

Cake batter will be thinner than normal. Put into a 9X13 greased baking pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

I used this icing on it:

1 stick room temp margarine
dump in confectioners sugar until icing consistency and cocoa to taste.
