3 oz Potato
3 oz Spaghetti, cooked
3 oz Tomato; chopped medium fine
1 1/2 oz Scallions; chopped med fine
1 1/2 oz Sesame seeds
1 1/2 tb Sesame oil
1/4 ts Thyme
1/4 ts Garlic; minced
1/2 ts Salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 4x8 baking pan with sesame oil. Bake potato for 40 minutes. When cooled, cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
Combine all ingredients together. Lower heat to 375 degrees. Transfer to a baking pan and bake for 15 minutes. Serves 2.
