boneless chicken (sometimes I boil it first to insure that it gets done faster and this way I can use the broth for soup)
cream of chicken soup
and moz. cheese or prov. whatever you prefer
Put boneless chicken in a casserole dish. Pour in the cream of chicken soup - I like mine with lots of soup so I use 2 or 3 cans (but I also feed a family of 5) Pour in a little bit of milk and put cheese on top. Cook on 375. Times I have found vary so you will have to play with that part of and just keep a check. This is great to serve with some type of rice, potatoes or noodles you can use the gravy in it to put on top.
