8 ounce bottle Russian Dressing 10 ounce jar apricot preserves 1 package onion soup mix 12-14 Chicken wings Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Snip off the chicken wing tips at 1st joint. (Use these for homemade chicken broth and freeze) Cut apart the two remaining parts at the joint. Use them in this recipe. Combine dressing, preserves and onion soup in bowl. Put the chicken wings into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle chicken wings with salt and pepper. Now pour the gooey mixture over them. Bake for 45, basting occasionally. Turn chicken wings over and baste and cook for 35 more, basting occasionally. This is wonderful with Caesar Salad and homemade wheat bread. I also have made this to take to family reunions. They go quick.
