1 lb. ground turkey 4 pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped 1 tbsp. dried parsley 1 tsp. minced garlic 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream 4 hamburger buns, split lengthwise 1 small cucumber 1/4 cup feta cheese Prepare charcoal grill for direct-heat cooking. In medium bowl combine turkey, olives, parsley, garlic, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Evenly divide mixture into 4 burgers, approximately 4 1/2 inches in diameter. Grill burgers 2 to 3 minutes per side until meat thermometer registers 160 to 165 degrees and meat is no longer pink in center. To serve, spread 1 tablespoon sour cream on bottom half of each bun. Place cooked burger on bun and evenly top with cucumber and 1 tablespoon feta cheese
