1-or-2 deboned skinless chicken breasts (pound until thin) Dip in seasoned bread crumbs and in a skillet sprayed with Pam (or other cooking spray). Brown slightly on both sides. Arrange chicken on a foil lined cookie sheet. Spread with Healthy Choice spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. |
