You'll need two packages of ramen-type noodles, crushed into smaller pieces (I do this because the really long noodles can be a real challenge for the kids to handle). You won't need the seasoning packets in this recipe so I save them for another dish. One 15 ounce can of chicken broth and one can of Swanson Mixin Chicken. Bring the broth and canned chicken to a boil. Add crushed ramen noodles and stir while cooking for approximately 3-4 minutes. And there you have it. It's quick and yummy. The reason I use the Swanson Mixin Chicken is because I've tried other canned chicken and it doesn't work the same. There's something about the consistency of the 'mixin' style chicken that works out better. I've tried to find a generic can and have not been able to locate it.
