Put 1 can corn and 1 can black beans (both drained and rinsed) in bottom of crockpot with 1/2 c salsa. Stir mixture. Place 1 pkg boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top (with fat trimmed off) then spoon 1/2 cup salsa on top of chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hrs. We serve with spanish rice and refried beans. |
