1/4 Cup butter
1 Cup boiling water
2 Cups sugar
4 Cups powdered milk
 
Mix everything together really well. This recipe makes the equivalent of 5+ cans of sweetened condensed milk.  You just keep it in a closed container in the fridge to use when needed.
