1 cup flour
1/2 butter
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
 
Mix together and pat into an 8-inch square pan.  Bake 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. 
 
Then.....
 
Mix together:
2 eggs beaten
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 
Pour into crust and bake 25 minutes in 325 degree oven.  Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.  Cut into squares.
