2 large flour tortillas shredded cheese or a couple cheese singles salsa sour cream In a large skillet or griddle, melt a small amount of margarine. Place one tortilla on hot surface and fill with cheese, cover with remaining tortilla. Grill almost like you would a grilled cheese. When browned lightly and cheese is melted, remove onto a plate. Top with salsa and sour cream. Other optionals include green onion, guacamole, black olives, etc. cut into quarters like a pizza. Delicious!
