You cook ramen noodles in water that is tinted green with food coloring (you can omit flavor packet or add to the water). After you drain the noodles pile them on a plate. take a cooked hot dog (the octopus) and split the bottom half so the splits will flare out like legs then add a face with mustard or ketchup.
