9 Lasagna noodles (cooked) 2 boxes of frozen spinach (thawed and drained) 1 c Mozarella cheese 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese 2 c 1% milk 2 T Whole Wheat flour 1/2 c parmesan cheese
Cook the noodles and drain but don't rinse. Mix cheeses together. Put the milk in a sauce pan. Stir in 2 T WW flour and bring to a boil. Cook until thickens. Stir in the spinach. Spread a little spinach mixture in the bottom of a pammed 9x13 pan. Put in 3 lasagna noodles. Top with spinach mixture, then cheese mixture. More noodles, more spinach, more cheese. Top off with last noodles. Sprinkle 1/2 c parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
