4 c. flour + 1 more if needed
1 egg
1  pt sour cream
pinch of salt
1/4 lb margarine or butter - melted
 
Add the extra flour a little at a time if needed.  Cut in each ingredient with a spatula.  Roll out, cut and fill.
 
Boil about 3 - 4 minutes, even if you are not serving them right away or if you are freezing them.
 
Fillings:
Potato - mashed with Velveeta or cheddar cheese, onion sautéed in butter, salt and pepper
Sauerkraut - washed, sautéed in butter and bacon drippings or salt pork
Cream cheese - 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 egg, lots of sugar until sweetened if runny, add cornstarch.
You can even fill them with sour crème and hamburger, kind of a Stroganoff Peirogi.
