1 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. fat 3 tbsp. water 1 egg
Make a well in the flour & add egg, salt and fat. Rub together add water to form a stiff dough, knead. Divide dough into three parts and roll as thin as possible. You can let it partially dry and cut into strips use fresh or let dry thoroughly. To make stuffed noodles, melt butter in a frypan add fine breadcrumbs, parsley and any herbs you wish. Spread this mixture on a rectangle of noodle dough and roll jellyroll style. Cut into pieces. Add to chicken stew or beef. DELICIOUS!
