Turkey cubed in small pieces <or shredded> about 2 cups
3/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup mustard
1 apple diced
1 sm. onion diced
1 cup diced cheddar cheese
1 jalapeno diced really small
2 stalks celery diced
salt
pepper
paprika
Mix it all up and serve it on rolls or sandwich bread.
