16 oz Pk Ore-Ida Tater Tots 1 lb Bacon; 2" pieces 3 c Shredded red cabbage 1 md Red onion; cut rings 1 md Apple; core, dice 1/3 c Red wine vinegar 1 tb Sugar
Bake Tater Tots according to package directions until very crisp. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Reserve 3 tb bacon drippings. Saute' cabbage, onion and apple in reserved bacon drippings until tender. When Tater Tots are done, add to cabbage mixture. In a small bowl, combine vinegar and sugar; mix well. Pour over Tater Tot mixture; toss to blend flavors.
