Bake 4 medium sized potatoes. Cut potatoes in half. Scoop out pulp, leaving one-half inch shell. Mash or mix potato pulp to remove all lumps. Mix with 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 Table-spoons Milk, and if desired, some chopped onion. Pile back into potato shells, sprinkle with paprika and bake uncovered for 10 minutes in 400-degree oven.
