| 4-5 cloves garlic 28 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
 2 cans cannelini beans or you can soak and use great white beans
 1 tsp oregano
 1 T. basil
 salt & pepper
 
 I used the soaked great white beans for the recipe and tossed all of this into the crockpot. I added a little water and cooked it all day on low. Serve over rice or pasta!
