1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese 1/4 cup soft butter... you can use margarine, but it doesn't taste as good 2 lbs powder sugar food coloring flavoring or extract. Combine softened creem cheese and butter add powder sugar and stir until well combined. I use a metal mixing bowl, that way, if it gets to difficult to stir, I can set it on the stove on low heat to help it along. You could also use a heavy bottomed sauce pan. From here, make one big batch, or divide into two or three batches. Add some food coloring and flavoring. Mix well. |
