7 cups zucchini peeled and sliced
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 T flour
1 1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
dash of salt
dash of nutmeg
1 T lemon juice
Peel zucchini. Remove seeds. Slice thick like apples. Add a little water and bring to a boil. Simmer until tender. Drain and cool. Add the rest of the ingredients to the zucchini and place in pie shell.
Top with
1 cup flour 1/2 stick oleo 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Bake at 350 for an hour
