Parmesan Baked Tomatoes

Thickly slice up about 2 tomatoes for every three people that will be eating them and lay them overlapping in a greased baking dish.  For three tomatoes, use about 1/4 Cup dried (or fresh) bread crumbs, 1/4 tsp. each onion powder, garlic powder, basil and oregano, 1/8 tsp. black pepper, and 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (I actually prefer asiago).  Mix it all together and sprinkle over the tomatoes.  Dot with butter, cover and bake at 350F for about 20-30 minutes or until the tomatoes are tender and the topping is golden.
