Six Hard boiled eggs, sliced One tablespoon of butter One tablespoon of flour One teaspoon salt Pepper to taste One teaspoon of prepared mustard (opt) One cup of milk Toasted bread Make a basic white sauce first. Melt the butter in a pan, then add the flour, salt, pepper to it. Then add mustard to it. Now add the milk very slowly to the mixture. Stir it over medium heat until it is thick. Now add the eggs to it. Pour over toast and enjoy.
