Chocolate Raspberry Truffles

1 14 ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 cup raspberry liqueur
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam
2 12 oz. packages chocolate chips
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Microwave first 4 ingredients in large microwave safe bowl on HIGH for 3 minutes.

Stir in chips until smooth. Cover and chill 1 hour.

Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. At this point I flash freeze them and then drop them into Ziploc bags.

When wanting to serve, thaw and roll in powdered sugar. Store covered at room temperature.

Makes 4 dozen.
