1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
2 apples, peeled and quartered
butter or margarine
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c orange juice, apple juice or cider
Wrap a crescent roll around each apple quarter. Place in a greased 8x8 pan. Place a pat of butter on top of each dumpling. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the dumplings. Pour juice over the apples and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
