4 Potatoes, large
2 Tablespoons Butter, melted
To taste Salt and pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tablespoons Italian-style breadcrumbs
Pre-heat the oven to 375. Slice the washed potatoes 3/4 of the way through (about 1/4 inch thick). Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Drizzle the butter over the potatoes. Season. Bake for 45 minutes. Mix together the cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the potatoes, return to the oven and bake for 20 minutes longer (or until lightly browned). Serve warm.
