Crock Pot Apple Butter

Wash, peel, and cook apples in crock pot until done (on high about 4 to 6 hours). Put apples in a blender Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar to each cup of fruit. (I use slightly under 1/2 cup - more like 1/3 cup, depending on sweetness of the apples.)

To each 4 cups of fruit, add:
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2 tablespoons lemon juice.

Mix together and put in crock pot. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 4 hours. Seal as usual.
