4-6 cubed beef steaks (cut into 5 pieces) 1/3 cup flour 1 envelope onion soup mix 1 can tomato sauce 1/4 cup water 2 tsp. parsley flakes 1 onion (cut to preference) 1 green pepper(optional) Put all ingredients in the crockpot. Stir it all up. Cook on low for 6-9 hours. Do not remove lid until ready to eat. |
