3/4 lb. ground pork 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 4 sandwich rolls, sliced open 4 slices Canadian-style bacon 4 lettuce leaves 4 tomato slices
Mix pork, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Shape into 4 patties about 1/2 inch thick. Grill or broil for 4 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, toast sandwich rolls and sear Canadian bacon. Place patties on bottom half of toasted rolls and top with Canadian-style bacon, lettuce and tomato. Top with remaining half of roll. Makes 4 sandwiches.
