1 LB Crab Meat 1 Egg 1 Tablespoon dry onion flakes, crushed 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup cracker crumbs 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce Cracker Crumbs, for coating Mix first 8 ingredients. Shape into patties. Coat with remaining cracker crumbs. Cook in well greased frying pan, browning both sides. Serve with lemon wedges. Makes 10 Patties.
