Grilled Sea Bass with Mango Fruit Salsa

4 - 6 sea bass fillets
2 Tbsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon slices

Combine coriander, cumin, paprika, Old Bay and salt and pepper and mix well. Dredge each fillet through mixture to coat on both sides. Grill over medium-hot coals on each side until fish is flaky; be careful not to overcook. Serve with lemon slices and Mango-Fruit Salsa recipe to follow.

Mango-Fruit Salsa

2 cups fresh mango, peeled and diced
2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
2 cups fresh kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1 small red onion, diced

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and allow to sit for a couple of hours for flavors to blend before serving.
