8 slices of bacon 1 cup of onion, celery 2 med potatoes peeled 1 cup chicken broth coarsely ground pepper 10 1/2 oz. mushroom soup 1/2 cup sour cream 1 1/2 cups milk
In sauce pan cook bacon, onion, and celery until brown and veggies are tender. Pour off drippings. Dice potatoes. Add broth and salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer 12 to 15 min. or until potatoes are done Stir in soup, sour cream, and milk. Heat through. and serve
