2 cups sliced fresh strawberries 1 package Jello sugar-free vanilla pudding 1 package Jello sugar-free strawberry gelatin 1 and 1/2 cups water Place sliced strawberries in Pecan Pie Crust. Mix together the Jellos & water. Cook over medium heat till mixture starts to thicken. Pour over strawberries. Top with fructose sweetened heavy whipping cream. PECAN PIE CRUST 2 cups of ground pecan halves 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine 1/4 teaspoon of salt Grind nuts. Mix with butter or margarine and salt. Spread in the bottom of a pie pan or spring form pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
