1 7-oz. can whole green chiles 8-oz. Monterey Jack cheese 6 eggs 3/4 cup milk 1 Tbsp flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp garlic salt Grease a small baking pan. Lay down the chilies and cover with half the cheese (4-oz.). Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chilies. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
