In a food processor, scoop two large tablespoons of mustard in (not while running.) Add a tsp of honey and juice of 1/2 lemon. S&P turn processor on and drizzle in some olive oil. Use enough to get a "dressing consistency. Add more of whatever ingredients you feel it "needs" to suit your taste.
