3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed is best)
2-3 minced cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
 
Combine all ingredients in a jar w/ a tightly fitting lid, cover and shake well.  Refrigerate.
