Rocky Road Ice Cream Recipe

(no ice-cream freezer required)

1 can Sweet condensed milk
2/3 c Chocolate syrup
2 c Whipping cream
1/2 Cup chopped salted peanuts
1/2 Cup small chocolate chips
1 Cup mini-marshmallows

In a large bowl, stir condensed milk and chocolate syrup. In another bowl whip the cream until stiff. Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture. Fold in nuts, chocolate chips and mini-marshmallows. Freeze for 6 hrs or until firm. *You can omit any or all of the additives (peanuts, chocolate chips, marshmallows) and just have plain chocolate, too! I make this often, and everyone always loves it. I like to have it in the freezer for when we have people over for a barbecue... I serve it up with 7-Up Pound Cake, and they complement each other beautifully!
