1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup Hershey's cocoa powder 1 tbs plus 1 tsp cornstarch 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk 2 tsp vanilla extract In small saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa, and cornstarch; gradually stir in evaporated milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with whisk, until mixture boils; continue cooking and stirring until thickened and smooth. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Serve warm or cold. Cover and refrigerate leftover. Serves 7 |
