I just mix up a batch of hot roll dough (any recipe is fine...if you need one, let me know).  Then I cut the dough into equal pieces (8-10 of them all together).  I then wrap the dough around the cheapest hot dogs I can find and put them in a greased glass baking dish.  Let them rise and then bake the same way you would your hot rolls.  You can even add cheese...or I suppose even a small amount of chili.  Kids love them...heck, husbands love them too!!  : )
