1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 1/2 cups bisquick mix
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 cups onion
1/4 cups chopped green pepper
3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/3 cups cheddar cheese
1/3 cups skim milk
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 egg
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray muffin cups.
Brown meat, and onion, drain, and allow to cool.
In large bowl combine bisquick mix, cheese, seasonings, onion, and parsley flakes.
Add green pepper, onion, and the rest of cheeses.
Stir in tomatoes.
In a small bowl place milk, oil, and egg.
Mix well to combine.
Add milk mixture to baking mixture, and mix ingredients gently.
Fold in cooled brown meat.
Fill muffin cups.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
