3 to 3 1/2 cups flour 1 package yeast 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup very warm water 2 tablespoons vegetable oil In a large bowl combine 2 cups flour, yeast and salt. Stir very warm water and oil into the dry ingredients. Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead dough until smooth and elastic, 4 to 6 minutes. Cover, let rise 10 minutes. Now you can flatten it out and put pizza toppings on it. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. I can't tell you what size pizza this makes, because it sort of depends on how thick you like your crust. If you like it thicker it won't be as big, if you like it thinner, you spread it out more and it is a larger pizza. This is really flexible too. You can add herbs and olive oil for a herb crust, substitute all or some of the flour with whole wheat for a whole wheat crust, add grated parmesan cheese for a cheese crust, etc.
