5 large handfuls of macaroni (cooked completely) 1 lb lean ground beef 1/2 medium sized onion diced finely 1 tsp onion powder 2-3 dashes of Worchestershire sauce Few drops of Liquid Smoke Seasoned Salt 1 1/2 - 2 cups cubed velveeta (or velveeta wannabe) Dash of pepper While boiling macaroni, brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain grease and add onion. Sautee until onions are clear. Add all seasonings to ground beef and onions. Sautee a little longer. Drain macaroni when fully cooked and add hamburger mixture. Add cubed velveeta cheese and stir under low heat until melted. Serves 4.
