1 lb of lean ground meat 1/2 lb ground veal 1/2 lb ground pork 4 pieces of bread 1 pkg of meatloaf seasoning Place all meats in a large bowl. Turn faucet on low stream and wet down bread thoroughly. Squeeze gently like a sponge to remove some of the water. Add to meat. Put 1/2 package of meat loaf seasoning in (McCormick's is best for this). Knead mixture until thoroughly mixed. Shape into a loaf shape and place in the middle of an ungreased cake pan. Use meat thermometer since there is ground pork in it to see when it is done. Bake at 375 degrees until thermometer registers cooked. Cool slightly and slice thinly. Extremely good. |
