2 cans biscuits 1/2 pound ground hamburger 5 slices of cheese Open biscuits. On a floured surface, flatten biscuits until they are about 1/8 of an inch thick. Brown hamburger. Place half of the flattened biscuits on a cookie sheet. Put one table spoon of meat in the center of each biscuit. Place half of a slice of cheese on top of the hamburger in each biscuit. Place ramaining biscuits on top and seal. Bake at 425 until the pockets are golden brown, about 10 minutes. You can freeze these and reheat for 1 minute each and they are delicious!
